Realized that many HYSA terms may be unfamiliar to new visitors, we added a glossary in order to bridge this gap. You can find it under "HYSAs". In addition, on individual bank pages we made some relationships between banks clear. For example, Openbank is a division of Santander Bank, so when a user visits either of them, the offering by the "affiliated bank" should also be made more visible. Finally, on individual bank pages we've added an automatically generated randomized list of banks with either higher or similar APYs, to help users find the best rates.

/search with quick access from the header and footer.May 28, 2025 at 11:40:33 AM - data, QA
The historical APY insights on the bank-to-bank comparison pages were mistakenly written with the end-goal in mind, of serving a comparison up to one year. The feature was shipped without the necessary logic to determine how long the data for each bank in the comparison actually went back. Today this logic was implemented; accounting for the length of the rate data and making sure all necessary fields and labels are updated dynamically.
